The kids had a great Christmas and are so sad that the holidays are over. Ryland was very depressed putting the Christmas tree away and kept asking if we could just keep it up all year and that he wished it was Christmas EVERY day! And who can blame him - I remember it felt like an eternity until next Christmas when I was younger. Luckily they have lots of new toys to hold them over for the next few months :)
Reid laid low this Christmas (surprise, surprise). He enjoyed watching Ryland and Kyla open their gifts and occasionally was able to snatch some wrapping paper to rip apart and chew on.
Kyla really got into the holidays this year. She was ecstatic to be able to have Christmas goodies everyday and loved opening up her presents. She got lots of new girly toys including a doll house, accessories for her babies and a new tea set.
Ryland was thrilled with all his presents. This year it was all about the superheroes, transformers and basically anything that he could use as some kind of weapon. His favorite gifts were his light saber and Optimus Prime costume.
