Trick or Treat

We had a great night last night trick or treating with Ryland and Kyla. We originally were just going to take Ryland and leave Kyla at home with Grammy and Poppy but it was such a beautiful night - that we all decided to go instead. Kyla slept the whole time - I think she was enjoying being out in the cool outdoor air and being strolled around the neighborhood. Ryland just loved going door to door, ringing the doorbell, saying tick or treat, and asking where the doggies were. It seemed that every house we went to had a dog so when there wasn't one, he practically wanted to walk inside and scope the place out to find a dog. We were a little bummed not to be at home when the trick or treaters came to our house - we know Ryland would have loved handing out candy - oh well, there's always next year.
