Summer has officially begun here. What better way to celebrate than to head out on a vacation right away :) We spent the last week in Scottsdale with my parents, enjoying the beautiful weather and sunshine. Couldn't have asked for a better week spent laying out by the pool in our own private cabana along with our very own cabana boy (aka Ryan). The kids had a blast. Reid was fearless in the water and would spend the whole day running and jumping in the pool. He wanted nothing to do with any swimming devices so we really needed to keep our eyes on him. Kyla was the tanning goddess by the pool all week. She just steps outside and is instantly tan - wish I had her skin :) Ryland has become really comfortable in the water, loves swimming and even started swimming without goggles by the end of the week. He also met a boy named Reece that he would play with all day long. Funniest moment on the trip = my dad falling in the pool while reaching for Ryland - where is a video camera when you need one?
