Our Baby is One!

Can't believe our little baby is one. With each child it seems like the years go by faster and faster. Guess thats what happens when life starts getting busy. We've been really busy here ever since we got back from our trip to IL (someday soon I will post some pics) - I've been working on client stuff, getting wedding invites out for my SIL, planning a bridal shower, Reid's birthday party, T-Ball practices, school, bibles studies, mom's groups, and Ryan is also teaching a Crown Financial class - we are exhausted. Definitely looking forward to our schedules lightening up a little bit in the next few weeks and focusing more on family time as the weather has been getting nicer.

Reid has been busy as ever. We can already tell he is going to be a climber like his big sis. The other day we found him half-way up the stairs in a matter of seconds. He is pulling himself up on everything - but then gets stuck and starts fussing because he doesn't know how to get down. He loves saying "uh-oh" to everything - and it's usually the first word he'll say in the morning when we hear him wake up on his monitor. He still sleeps like a champ - 2 naps a day and goes to bed at 7 - wakes up at 7-7:30. He is now eating all kinds of finger foods and likes to feed himself. He loves playing with Ryland and Kyla and many times I will find them all wrestling together in our playroom - and he just giggles so loud! He loves to eat sand (yuck) and is slowly learning not put rocks in his mouth - you have to watch him ALL the time - he's definitely in that discovery phase.
