Ryland's 4th Birthday!

This post is just a wee bit late. Ryland celebrated his 4th birthday a few weeks ago. Can't believe he's 4 already! He is one enthusiastic kid - as seen from the pictures below. He loved all his gifts, especially his new camera and binoculars. He enjoys taking pictures and often wants to use my camera so this was perfect for him. We took the kiddos out to lunch and then went to Freedom Station to play a few games. That evening we had Grammy and Poppy and the Hayeks over some pizza and cake.

Ryland is turning into such a smart and sweet little boy. He is very creative and loves drawing, practicing writing his letters, and painting. He still enjoys being in the kitchen with me and helping make dinners and more importantly...desserts! He likes playing sports and is really into T-ball and soccer at the moment. His fav shows/movies are still Curious George (don't think he'll ever get sick of it), Imagination Movers (we have to listen to the cd all the time in the car and he knows all the words), Ice Age and Kung Fu Panda.

He just finished his first year in Pre-K and loved going to school and being with all his friends. He loves learning about God and reading his Bible before bed. He will say grace on his own before dinner and prayers before bed. He is so sweet and often prayers for all his family, friends and especially the people in Haiti.
