Easter Festivities!

We've been doing alot of Easter traditions this past week such as making Easter cookies and coloring Easter eggs. Kyla is slowly starting to get into helping out - although I still think she might be a little young. Hopefully next year she can really get into it. She still misses the bowl and dumps sugar all over the counter and is more into just eating everything. Ryland had a blast doing both and asks everyday if we can color more eggs!

We woke up Easter morning and found Ryland in the living room going through both his and Kyla's baskets :) Luckily he didn't even notice all the eggs hidden around the house yet so when Kyla woke up - we had an Easter egg hunt. Both kids had sugar highs by 8 a.m. We went to Grammy and Poppy's in the morning and had another egg hunt along with an early lunch/dinner. Ryland got water goggles in his basket and proceeded to wear them the rest of the day - kind of funny.
