Sleepy Weekend

We had such a beautiful weekend here in Prescott. Too beautiful to be sleeping indoors. Yet, Kyla and KitKat found themselves sleeping a ton. At first we thought Kyla might be coming down with something - but now we think she's probably just going through a growth spurt. I was able to get a quick photo of her sleeping without waking her up - so peaceful and innocent :)

Ryland on the other hand - is more wound up than ever. Now here is someone who could use some more sleep :) His internal alarm clock has been waking him up at 6 every morning. For someone who is scared of the dark, he can sure find his way to our bedroom just fine. Typically we send him back to his room, where he'll turn on some music and play a little and then come back in about a half an hour, ask for breakfast and to watch Curious George. And that begins our morning. He's loving the warm weather and was able to get out and ride his new scooter this weekend. He's still only scooting with one leg and won't put both feet on the scooter - hopefully he'll get the whole balance thing soon though.

Also featured on this weeks post is our KitKat. She has been a little MIA lately - I think having two kids in the house is becoming too much for her. She's been hiding out upstairs alot and we see her when she comes out to eat or to get treats from Ryland.
