Bringing Kyla Home

Here are a few pics from the day that we brought Kyla home. You can see her with her eyes open - which she still hasn't done very much. She's been pretty much sleeping since we brought her home other than waking up for an occasional snack. It's been hard getting her to stay awake for full feedings - I know that groggy stage will be over soon though.

We are slowly transitioning to having two children in the house and still working (it's been a challenge). Ryland is very excited and wants to be involved in everything. He helps changing diapers, giving baths, and sharing his toys with Kyla. He gets very concerned when she cries and she is the first things he asks about when he wakes up in the morning. As you can see in the pictures - he loves holding her and giving her kisses.
